Session 3 - E-mail

Thank you for sharing your praises on what God has been doing in your lives! What an encouragement to hear about His blessings being showered down on individuals! I know it was an encouragement for me to hear about family members coming to Christ. know I have several whom I would love see that happen to and I am sure there our others that have the same.

As we are studying the tabernacle, I have enjoyed seeing the parallels between the Old Testament and the New Testament. I must say I'm extremely grateful that I'm under the new covenant not having to deal with the sacrificing of animals! However, it humbles me to see what the perfect Lamb of God chose to do for my sin upon the cross!

Three years ago, I had the opportunity to see a life size replica of the tabernacle which was in town. Being a visual learner, it was extremely helpful for me to "see" what the Bible describes in Exodus. Check out this website which is www.messiahsmansion.com. This organization travels and sets up this display leading tours to describe in depth each area of the tabernacle. On their website, are some additional study tools to learn more about the sanctuary, furniture, altars, etc. I highly recommend it! Just look for the "studies" tab at the top of their website.

God bless you in your studies - ask that God open your eyes to His word! It is a powerful week of study. Yes, some of it may seem monotonous at times but hang in there - look for the revelation of Himself in each days study - truly amazing what God will reveal to you! From the Ark of the Testimony - God's Mercy Seat (Christ), the only entrance (Christ) which is located on the East to be able to enter to have fellowship with God, the altar for sacrificing for atonement (Christ ), wash basin (Christ) the only one who can wash us clean from our sins, etc. Loving it, loving it, loving it!

Especially, I have loved the holy place - the sanctuary of fellowship. How important the significance of being right with God is so that we can have direct fellowship with Him. Recognizing the sin in my life and repenting of it. Realizing not to take it casually that Christ suffered for it on the cross and paid the ultimate price for it - death. I ask that as you look in the bronze basin of cleansing (His Word) that God reveal that to you.

God bless you with understanding, knowledge, wisdom and insight into His word! Keep gathering your "manna!"

Ps. 84:9,10
"Look upon our shield, O God; look with favor on your anointed one. Better is one day in your courts than a thousand elsewhere; I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of the my God than dwell in the tents of the wicked."
